FUN PROJECTS
* Buttermilk Tart Additions: Gelatin Center Mixture
4 1/2 T: Sugar
2 T: Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tsp: Vanilla
*A little sweet sauce for the blueberries... YUM YES PLEASE
In A Sauce Pan Heat:
1 T: Apricot Jam
1/4- 1/3 Cup : Water depending on number of blueberries
Confection Sugar: Sweeten liquid mixture to taste
add a little corn starch to thicken mixture just like you make gravy and pour over blueberries and refrigerate until cool before topping them on the tart.
I added these changes so the tart would taste...
Sweet& Salty, Crust
Tart & Tangy, Middle
Soft Sweet & Fresh, Top
Don't forget the homemade whipped cream. It makes a difference trust me!
